We are active in design, configuration and management of local fiber networks, but also distribution and provisioning of services. Furthermore, we provide second line NOC and on call service. Maintrac NOC and Second Line Service
Maintracs NOC, (Network Operations Centre) and Second Line Service is a service whereby we take care of the network monitoring and control on behalf of the customer. The service comprises a SPOC; (Single Point of Contact) helpdesk, monitoring and alarm management. We handle fault diagnostics and classification/prioritization of incidents. We can take care of status reporting, escalations, information, logging and documentation in the incident reporting system.
Second Line can be provided as “remote” or “on site” service, and performs troubleshooting.
